Payment Options

We keep it simple. We process all major credit cards using PayPal's merchant account services. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account. But if you do, we can also accept payment using your PayPal account. PayPal is about as secure as you can expect with e-commerce transactions. All payments are in U.S. dollars. The charge may appear as something like FMA/WVHD on your credit card records.

We do not use complicated credit or point programs where it is a challenge to figure out what something actually costs, and where you often leave money on the table, or need a picture costing 10 credits and only have 6 left. When you place an item in the shopping cart, you know exactly what the license will cost. And any eligible discount will be duly noted in the check out.

For those who might wish to establish a pre-authorized account via credit card, prepaid accounts (using checks)or a Purchase Order, say, for a set amount budgeted covering a semester for use by faculty members in a department, you can do that. Again, you only pay for what is used. If there are any approved funds remaining in the account at the end of the specified authorization period, or by the card's expiration date, then it is never charged.

Please note that no license is legally valid until payment has been received in full. Please contact us via email if you require special consideration.

Note: We may have multiple discount plans and coupons active at the same time. In this case, you will always be granted the largest, single discount for your account is eligible. Discounts do not combine, sorry. Also, the educator/weathercaster price breaks are not eligible for any sale or discounts as they are already so deeply discounted.

We will collect any required taxes when and if a jurisdiction so mandates.

There are no extra costs for accessing and re-downloading your Digital Asset data files (that is part of the license price). All purchased are available for an extended period of time via the "Find Your Licensed Assets Here" link.

If, for some reason, a data download will not work for you, we can arrange to have your order's file written to DVD-R or USB flash drive and then sent via FedEx to your indicated shipping address. This service (using FedEx standard overnight) will cost US$50 for U.S. destinations. For international shipments using FedEx, there will be a shipping and handling charge of US$100. We will make every effort to have the shipment out the door within 3-5 business days.
